Manage members, departments, roles, administrators, Thread creation permissions, public and private workspaces, and connector policies. These controls define what shared AI can access or act on within the organization's operating model.
Connector actions can be prepared as reviewable proposals. Each tool can be set to always allow, confirm, or deny, so a person can review the action before an external system changes.
To generate a response, user content may be transmitted to third-party large language model providers used to operate INARY. Those providers process the content to return the requested response.
INARY accesses Google data only when the user instructs the AI and only within scopes granted on Google's consent screen. It is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Authentication tokens needed to maintain a Google connection are encrypted at rest. Users can disconnect at any time, at which point stored tokens are deleted. INARY does not maintain a separate copy of content retrieved from Google APIs.
